Warehouse Forklift Operator 1st Shift

Position Description

Schedule:

• Hourly Pay: $21.75 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  First Shift Wednesday - Saturday 5:30 am – 4:00 pm

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Process day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Team player with ability to work in a diverse environment.
• High degree of initiative, accuracy, and dependability.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Health and safety method compliance.
• Available to work a flexible schedule on various shifts.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
