Forklift Warehouse Material Handler

Position Summary

Forklift Operator / Driver, Morris, Illinois – weekly pay, hourly base $21.75/hr with eligibility for shift and incentive pay up to $2.75/hr schedule:
Sunday/Monday & Thursday/Friday 5:00 pm – 3:30 am.

Responsibilities include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting in a food‑product warehouse. Equipment used is a stand‑up forklift.

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate forklift and cycle count as required.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and staging of products.
• Maintain day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License, certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a diverse environment.
• High level of accuracy, initiative, and punctuality.
• Ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Availability for flexible schedule on various work shifts.
• Thorough, dependable, and detail oriented.
