Forklift Operator

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN MORRIS, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Morris, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the facility while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess previous forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Starting at $23.75/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule
• Located in Morris, IL

• Safely operate forklift equipment to transport materials and products
• Load and unload trailers and shipments
• Move pallets and inventory to designated warehouse locations
• Stage materials for production, shipping, and receiving operations
• Perform equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate product movement and inventory organization
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary range based on experience.
