Inventory Clerk

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INVENTORY CLERK IN MORRIS, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Morris, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and assisting the Inventory Supervisor in any inventory related functions. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes, strong verbal and written communication skills, and more listed below.

• Starting at $22.02/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Mon – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Located in Morris, Illinois

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices
• H.S. diploma/GED preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
