Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Morristown, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting client service and administrative processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to transition into a long-term role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

- Process client service requests, such as managing financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation in internal systems.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings for advisors, including managing calendars to prevent conflicts and handling follow-ups after meetings.

- Execute account-related tasks like opening new accounts, updating beneficiary information, and preparing necessary forms for client signatures.

- Ensure all documentation is submitted to the appropriate department and resolve any issues that arise during processing.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and service activities.

- Respond to inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and providing timely assistance.

- Monitor and process cash activity requests and ensure compliance with company procedures.

- Utilize CRM systems to track client information and streamline service workflows.

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a client service or administrative role.

- Proficiency in CRM software to manage client information and workflows.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in data processing and maintaining accurate records.

- Excellent communication skills for answering inquiries and coordinating meetings.

- Familiarity with handling cash activity and financial transactions.

- Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
