Responsibilities
We are looking for a hands‑on Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to support a New Jersey‑based Family Office with extensive private equity and brokerage portfolios. The role involves managing a large volume of documents, including contracts, bank statements, and brokerage statements, and will be remote on Fridays. The candidate will work closely with the CFO, Tax Director, Controller, and Senior Accountant on a wide variety of administrative functions such as document management and correspondence.
Qualifications- 3+ years of related administrative experience, preferably within a Family Office, law firm, or similar environment
- Strong Excel and Quick Books proficiency with a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, discretion, and integrity

Salary Range:
The posted range reflects the compensation we anticipate paying, though it may be increased or reduced based on education, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs.
