• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the organization
• Participate in regional work groups to define requirements and implement best-in-class business processes
• Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
• Support the configuration of agency management systems and design reporting outputs
• Facilitate training for national or regional teams to ensure successful onboarding

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits

• Experience with client relationship, agency, and learning management systems (CRM, AMS, LMS)
• Ability to challenge the status quo and make business process improvement recommendations
• Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
