Associate Director, Marketing Project Lead

* No direct budget ownership; plays a key enabling role in financial planning, Opex tracking, and forecast alignment.
* Supports bottom-up budget planning, prioritization of key investments, and preparation of financial and resourcing views for marketing and senior leadership.
* Identifies risks, trade-offs, and deviations that may impact delivery of strategic objectives.
* Design and manage governance processes that enable speed, clarity, and compliance.
* Establish frameworks defining roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
* Coordinate governance forums, agendas, and follow-ups.
* Track decisions, actions, and progress against strategic initiatives.
* Strong marketing acumen with demonstrated experience in launch excellence and cross-functional orchestration.
* Exceptional project leadership and integration skills in complex, matrixed environments.
* Executive presence with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear, actionable narratives.
* Highly organized, proactive, and outcomes-driven.
* Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance.
* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, Pharm

D, MD) preferred.
* 5+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
* Proven experience supporting or leading local marketing initiatives, including regulatory review and approval processes.
* Strong scientific and commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges, develop strategic solutions, execute tactically, and measure impact.
* Biologics launch experience.
* Experience in diabetes, immunology, oncology, or rare diseases.
