Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our service offerings and increase market share

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and divestitures

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, referral sources, and community partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field

• Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field

• Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful partnerships

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
