Your main responsibilities
- Map current business processes and find inefficiencies, bottlenecks and manual work
- Recommend process improvements and design future-state workflows
- Carry out gap analysis between current and desired capabilities
- Analyze root causes of operational issues and propose solutions
- Write business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as the link between business teams, IT and vendors
- Automate reporting into a single, reliable data source and dashboards
- Add anomaly alerts, forecasts and AI-generated summaries
- Education – bachelor’s degree in business or computer science
- Requirement – in office (no remote)
- 2-3 years’ experience in data analytics
- Base Salary $30 - $40 hourly
