Provide overall leadership and direction for warehouse and industrial construction projects Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors Administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements Develop, communicate, and maintain project schedules and milestones Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Review project performance and implement strategies to maintain schedule and budget goals Oversee procurement and subcontractor buyout activities Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with field personnel to ensure successful project execution Lead project meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders Administer Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements Profile The successful Industrial Construction Project Manager will have: 6+ years of Construction Project Management experience Experience managing warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial construction projects Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls OSHA certification preferred Proficiency with project management and scheduling software Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Job Offer The Industrial Construction Project Manager will receive:
