We are hiring Valet Attendants to greet and care for customers while parking their cars professionally and responsibly. We are a people‑first company dedicated to excellent customer service.
What Will I Do?- Park and retrieve cars efficiently and safely.
- Greet customers by name, provide assistance, and build rapport.
- Help direct traffic to maintain smooth flow.
- Work independently or with supervision as needed.
- Promote outstanding customer relations and represent LAZ Parking positively.
- Dynamic and energetic, enthusiastic about helping customers.
- Dependable and reliable, never disappointing.
- A good driver with a clean driving record; able to drive a standard transmission.
- Capable of working under pressure and handling challenging situations.
- Strong communicator with proficiency in English.
- A team player who motivates teammates.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience- Strong customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
- Professional and effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work at multiple facility locations.
- Capability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team‑building and interpersonal skills.
- Work in various elements: heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently during a shift.
