QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma required
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Applications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists the Curriculum Office in managing the daily operations of the Curriculum Office
- Maintains records and data systems related to curriculum materials, instructional programs, professional development, and assessment
- Maintains building principal coverage, as needed
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence related to curriculum, vendor resources, and district initiatives
- Organizes and maintains files for curriculum documents, instruction resources, professional learning records, and textbook adoptions.
- Maintains working relationships with curriculum vendors, consultants, and instructional partners (i.e., follow up on deliveries, confirm service dates, resolve order discrepancies)
- Coordinates the review and distribution of instructional materials and curriculum resources to schools, including ordering, tracking, and organizing delivery logistics
- Processes and monitors purchase orders for curriculum-related expenditures and professional development; ensures timely submission and payment
- Assists with scheduling and communication for district professional development workshops, curriculum committee meetings, and program initiatives
- Assists with the tracking of program enrollment and teacher participation in instructional activities (e.g., summer curriculum writing, professional development)
- Retrieves records and materials to support state and federal reporting, grant submissions, or administrative requests
- Prepares documentation to assist during audits or state reviews related to curriculum programs or grant-funded initiatives.
- Assists with the collection and organization of teacher feedback, curriculum survey results, and other evaluative data.
Contract Terms of Employment: 12-month Position
Salary: In accordance with the established TEAM Salary Guide currently ranging from $48,870-$70,925
Benefits:Full time employees are eligible for medical, prescription and dental benefits. Sick, personal and vacation day allotments are included.

Employees of the Morris School District hired after the effective date who do not reside in the State of New Jersey at the time of hire have one year from the effective date of employment to relocate their primary residence to New Jersey.
Employees of the school district hired prior to the September 1, 2011 effective date of this Act are grandfathered and are not required to relocate to New Jersey.
