By joining our Morristown, NJ team, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large‑scale and small‑scale infrastructure projects utilizing your roadway design expertise within supporting software such as Micro Station, Open Roads, and Auto Turn.
You’ll solve complex infrastructure engineering problems, take a broad perspective to identify different solutions, and guide others in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures. You'll support Project Managers with scope development, schedules, budgets, and coordination with NJDOT/NJTA and local agency clients.

You’ll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Extensive years of progressively responsibility for highway design experience; you will lead roadway design tasks with limited supervision, make technical design decisions, and provide quality control and guidance to junior engineers
- NJDOT and/or NJTA project experience
- Open Roads/InRoads and/or Auto CAD Civil 3D experience
- Experience with project specifications, scheduling, and cost estimating

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
