Join us as a Associate Electrical Engineer Your main responsibilities The Associate Electrical Engineer, NI is responsible for the design and application of solutions using engineering fundamentals and established practices, procedures, and guidelines.

The position will engage and be a critical link in the project life cycle, providing technical support, task management, delivery, and innovation in the areas of electrical engineering. Workload Management:
Effectively manage a large workload of projects with predefined contract requirements. Meet and exceed Service Level Agreement requirements. Deliverable Management:
Accomplish specified technical objectives on time and to customers' expectations. Engineering Excellence:
Deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that deliver meaningful customer value and create impactful experiences.

Essential Functions:

Perform Application Engineering activities. Engineering Design & Technical Application
* Develop and finalize system designs, calculations, and component selections using engineering fundamentals, applicable codes, and company standards.
* Apply established technical solutions and modify designs to meet project-specific requirements, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance.
* Analyze and resolve complex technical topics across design, manufacturing, and installation to ensure reliable outcomes. Workload & Deliverable Management
* Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet contract requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Plan, prioritize, and execute engineering tasks to ensure timely completion of drawings, submittals, change orders, and release-to-manufacturing.
* Maintain accountability for the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all technical documentation and deliverables. Project Execution & Customer
