Gross to Net Manager – Morristown, NJ
Responsibilities- Participate in GTN reserve analysis, ensuring reserves are accurately stated, risks identified and mitigated, and GTN rates appropriately captured.
- Manage the GTN budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with business partners, reviewing and updating brand account models, and providing quality variance analysis and commentary against the Budget/Forecast and prior year.
- Provide financial analysis and insights related to GTN programs, payer mix, product launches, and contract structures to support strategic business decisions.
- Present monthly Gross‑to‑Net brand performance results to senior leadership and key stakeholders, driving data‑informed decision‑making.
- Evaluate financial implications of pricing strategies, new market access programs, copay offers, and payer negotiations.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Customer Invoice to Cash (CI2C) teams to align sales, collections, and rebate forecasts with cash‑flow projections.
- Work effectively across multiple SAP instances while leveraging reporting tools (IBM Planning Analytics – TM1, BOARD, PLAI).
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new tools to drive operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, modernizing GTN processes through digital tools and enhanced analytics.
- Collaborate with GTN team members to improve and harmonize ways of working between Business Units.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred. - Minimum 5 years (preferably 7+) of experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting within a multinational or complex matrixed organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or public accounting.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business and finance teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, SAP or other financial systems preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial outcomes to commercial and strategic drivers.
