Corporate Accounting and Global Finance Services Leader is responsible for the financial integrity and compliance of the CHI’s Platform’s U.S. and Canadian legal entities, ensuring accurate reporting under applicable GAAP standards. The role supports the financial close process, reviews financial statements, and maintains strong internal controls. It ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, takes accountability for filings with authorities, and coordinates closely with Group Tax, Legal, Treasury, audit teams, Regional Controlling, and Global Business Service Teams.

Acting as the primary finance owner of each legal entity, the person provides oversight on risk, governance and financial performance.

• Full-time base annual salary ranging between $132,000 - $180,000

• Financial Reporting & Close Oversight:
  In alignment with the Regional Business Controlling Teams and Shared Service Teams, ensure accurate and timely periodical close processes for the entities within scope and ensure compliance with applicable GAAP standards (Group & Local).
• Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements (federal, state, local).
• Tax Compliance (including Transfer Pricing) and Treasury Compliance:
  In close collaboration with the Group Tax Team, external providers and internal teams, ensure timely and high‑quality preparation and submission of direct and indirect tax returns (federal and state); oversee liquidity, funding, dividends and capital movements for the legal entities in scope.
• Internal Controls:
  As the overall coordinator for the Internal Control System for the legal entities within scope, manage the IRS process to enhance control quality, meet all IRS KPIs defined by Corporate Compliance, and support Corporate Finance Teams to drive process standardization, automation and streamlining.
• Support strategic Platform projects (where applicable).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a similar discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• CPA is a plus.
• High experience in an international environment, preferably a global operating company.
• SAP experience or similar ERP working experience.
• Sound and transparent track record as a financial professional.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and positively impact peers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Agile professional able to manage through changing priorities.
