The Client Advisory Associate plays a vital role in delivering a high‑touch, personalized client experience by supporting Client Advisors in the design and execution of comprehensive wealth management strategies. This includes contributions across key planning areas such as investments, tax, estate, insurance, and cash flow. The Associate ensures operational excellence, strengthens client relationships, and supports the creation of thoughtful, data‑driven financial plans that align with each client’s unique goals.
This role is intentionally structured as a developmental path toward becoming a lead advisor and obtaining the CFP® designation, offering exposure to all facets of holistic financial planning and client service.
- Accountability 1:
Support the Development of Comprehensive Financial Planning and Investment Recommendations: Assist in analyzing client goals, needs, and financial data to propose tailored recommendations across all areas of wealth management including investment strategy, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and risk management.- KPI:
