Manager Of Construction Loan Administration

A large banking client is looking for the Manager of Construction Loan Administration oversees construction lending operations, ensuring projects, loan disbursements, and related documentation are managed in accordance with internal policies, credit requirements, and regulatory standards. This role leads a team responsible for monitoring construction projects, processing funding requests, managing vendor relationships, and supporting commercial lending activities.

Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of experience in banking, lending operations, commercial real estate, or construction finance.

• Strong knowledge of construction lending and loan servicing practices.
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional relationships.
• Understanding of construction lien laws and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and servicing of commercial construction loans from origination through project completion.
• Review loan documentation, project budgets, inspections, and funding requests to ensure compliance with approved credit terms.
• Oversee construction draw processes and monitor project progress, approvals, and risk considerations.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for construction loan operations across multiple locations.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, legal partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and service quality across the function.
• Support commercial lending teams by resolving issues and providing guidance on construction loan matters.

The role can sit in Largo, FL, Morristown, NJ or New York, NY. The role requires significant travel.
