Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) to join the Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute, Cardiac Surgery Program at Morristown Medical Center. This role is ideal for self-starters and offers an NP or PA the opportunity to be part of a growing and well-established team with a robust staff.

Morristown Medical Center is the hub for Atlantic Health System's Heart Care program and features a top-ranked cardiac surgery program. It has been the highest volume cardiac surgery program in New Jersey for over 15 years, performing more than 1200 open-heart procedures annually. U.S. News & World Report ranks Morristown Medical Center as a top hospital nationwide for cardiology & heart surgery.

The Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) will work in our 24-bed Critical Care unit, playing a key role in the pre- and post-operative care of cardiac surgery patients. The team includes Surgeons, Intensivists, NPs, and PAs. The ideal candidate will have procedural experience, including but not limited to central line placements, arterial line insertions, and initiating appropriate interventions and diagnostic tests. Critical Care experience is preferred.
