Atlantic Health is seeking a seasoned Per Diem Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Morris County.

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required
• Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

• 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred

• NJ License in Physical Therapy
• BLS, preferred
