** Position Overview*
* The Senior Scientist, Analytical Development will support development of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products within a fast-paced R&D environment. This role is highly laboratory-focused and will contribute to pre-formulation, formulation development, method development and validation, technology transfer, and stability testing activities.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques and dissolution testing, along with the ability to manage analytical activities with minimal supervision while maintaining compliance with GMP and documentation standards. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented analytical results that support product development and regulatory requirements.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform laboratory testing to support pre-formulation, formulation development, process optimization, and technology transfer activities

+ Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods in support of product development and stability programs

+ Conduct analytical testing for development batches, clinical batches, and stability samples

+ Document experiments and results in laboratory notebooks, ELN, and LIMS in accordance with GMP standards

+ Manage assigned analytical projects to ensure timelines, data accuracy, and documentation completeness

+ Author analytical methods, specifications, validation protocols/reports, and technical summaries

+ Perform comprehensive GMP review of analytical data, instrument records, and documentation

+ Troubleshoot analytical methods, instrumentation, and testing issues as needed

+ Partner with cross-functional teams including formulation, quality, and regulatory to communicate findings and support project goals

+ Ensure adherence to SOPs, OIs, and quality systems requirements

+ Support continuous improvement in documentation practices and laboratory processes

** Qualifications*
* ** Education & Experience*
* + Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific discipline with 7+ years of pharmaceutical analytical experience
** OR*
* + Master's degree or higher with 5+ years of pharmaceutical analytical experience

** Technical Skills*
* + Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC (Waters and/or Agilent) required

+

Experience with dissolution testing (USP Apparatus 1 &
2)

+ Strong understanding of analytical chemistry and chromatography principles

+

Experience with method development, validation, and transfer

+ Familiarity with GMP laboratory environments and documentation practices

+ Proficiency with Empower3 CDS and Microsoft Office

+ Ability to troubleshoot analytical methods and instrumentation

** Pay Details:**  $40.00 to $55.00 per hour
