Overview
Responsible for directing all activities of the heart failure, cardiovascular rescue and recovery, aortic center, and structural heart programs as well as the cardiovascular clinical specialists. Oversees the implementation of high-quality, cost-effective patient care through strategic development, goals and objectives. Manages the seamless flow and operations of cardiac services. Coordinates resources to fulfill objectives like marketing strategy, revenue cycle, physician referral relations, patient satisfaction targets, market share growth, and overall quality improvement.
PrincipalAccountabilities
Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field - MSN/MHA/MBA
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Cardiology, Cardiac services, or relevant area.
3. Minimum 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
Preferred:
1. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
