Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

We are seeking a strong, hands‑on Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality, team leadership, guest experience, and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to join a high‑volume, upscale hospitality environment where professionalism, energy, and attention to detail matter.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and floor management
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Lead and coach front‑of‑house staff
• Assist with training, scheduling, and team development

• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies
• Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership teams

• Understanding of food, beverage, wine, and service fundamentals
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Experience with scheduling, labor control, inventory, and daily operations preferred
