Base Pay Range$50,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr
Recruiter OverviewThe Recruiter role builds the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global. In this position you will learn about staffing and our services, and sell them to current and future clients. You will act as a matchmaker, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for hiring managers, and negotiating offers.
The average time in this role is six months before moving to either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT).
Account Manager OverviewAccount Managers are the face of our organization. They work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies, researching and targeting organizations that need staffing services. Through networking, cold calls, meetings, and lunches, they build long‑term client relationships and sell staffing solutions.
Professional Recruiter OverviewProfessional Recruiters focus on job seekers and our consultants, identifying top talent and matching candidates with opportunities. They provide support throughout the career of each consultant and contributed over 80% of placements last year.

Insight Global offers a competitive base salary ranging from $35,600 to $64,000 annually (dependent on location), plus a $5,000 Long‑Term Incentive Plan. Upon promotion, Account Managers receive a higher base salary, monthly car and cell allowance, and uncapped weekly commissions. Account Managers and Professional Recruiters can earn additional bonuses and incentive awards.
