Job Summary
The People Operations Intern will support field teams by enhancing employee engagement, strengthening employer branding, and improving recruitment sourcing efforts. This rol e partners with field employees and local communities to identify opportunities for process improvement, provide workforce solutions, and collaborate with internal departments to drive operational effectiveness.

Daily / Weekly Activities &Key Responsibilities
Identify and address potential barriers related to scheduling, bench man agement, and employee conversion
Research local markets to identify effective talent sourcing opportunities
Conduct site visits to communicate and promote employee referral programs
Follow up on employee referrals to improve engagement and hiring conversion
Engage with field team s to identify training and development opportunities
Document operational challenges (e.g., scheduling gaps, turnover, t raining needs) and elevate or recommend solutions to management
What the Intern will gainHands-on experience in workforce operations, scheduling, and labor data management
Exposure to talent sourcing strategies and community-based recruiting initiatives
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, and field staff
Development of professional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
