** Digital team**, you will join the digital engine driving Sanofi's transformation, where AI, automation, and bold experimentation power faster science and smarter decisions. Here, you'll help build the first biopharma company powered by AI at scale.
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for the role
* Bachelor’s degree on Scientific, Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is required. And Master’s degree (MBA, MS) or Doctorate is a plus
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or banking or media industry with strong understanding on digital transformations.
* Demonstrated Experience in Senior Stakeholder management
* Demonstrated Experience in Business Case & Value Realization Tracking
* Proven experience of developing and delivering Digital business strategy is a plus
** Technical & Soft skills**:
* Possesses a particularly strong business acumen, combined with strong understanding of digital.
* Leader with outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Ability to build trustful relationships
* Demonstrating a positive result orientation, problem solving attitude & a “getting things done” mentality
* Ability to clearly prioritize and explain prioritization according to facts and data
* Diverse experience in different geographical and cultural settings is preferred
* Successful management of large portfolio of digital and technology initiatives
* Successful at building a culture of performance and accountability.
* Experience in applying Agile Practices
* Team player with great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and confident demeanour.
* Ability to both “think big” and manage the details to ensure impactful execution.
