Your role will be to understand the client’s business, model their processes into the ERP, play with the product’s strength to meet requirements, and bridge gaps to bring value. You will help manage end‑to‑end implementations of D365 F&O, design end‑to‑end solutions, provide industry‑best processes, lead project teams, and interact daily with counterparts. You will also play a key role in building the company’s tools and assets, improving our delivery processes, selecting software and ISVs, and training on new versions and tools, keeping your knowledge sharp.

Senior Manager responsibilities include gaining trusted advisor status with customers and prospects by understanding their business, developing strategies for tangible benefits using Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, overseeing multiple work streams within and across projects, providing guidance and escalating risks, coordinating cross‑functional activities, ensuring project delivery and management, and aligning deliverables with quality expectations.

We work with clients to solve their most complex and strategic operational challenges. Our team spans the supply chain from procurement to manufacturing and connecting the supply to the customer. We modernize supply chains using AI, machine learning, and connected products to give clients real‑time insights, turning the supply chain into a competitive organization asset.

• 15+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or internal consulting.
• 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience.
• 10+ full‑life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
• Experience as a D365 Solution Architect and Delivery Lead.
• Experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in and leading creation of business requirement documentation & design documentation.
• Leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Overseeing and guiding project work streams, both functional and technical.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

• Experience as a Finance or SCM functional lead.
• Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules.
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
• Experience with D365 Retail is an asset.
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions App Source and Microsoft’s partnering model.
