Web Optimization Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of web initiatives—from strategy to execution, actively managing backlog, writing user stories, and ensuring timely sprint delivery.
• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for all web properties and align web initiatives with business goals, marketing strategies, and customer experience objectives.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and stakeholder input.
• Drive the website content strategy, ensuring content is aligned with brand voice, SEO best practices, and customer engagement goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams as well as external vendors to deliver compelling, personalized, and dynamic content experiences.
• Establish governance for content creation, approval, and publishing processes and identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation across web platforms.
• Leverage AI-driven solutions and advanced marketing tools to enhance personalization, automate workflows, and improve user experience.
• Serve as Scrum Master for the web development team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and related tools.
• Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
