Key Responsibilities- As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot is required. Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, and Engineering Support is suggested.
- Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business-critical applications.
- Analyze recurring problems and propose innovative solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience with AI Agent.
- Minimum 3 years experience with CoPilot.
- Minimum 3 years Cloud Experience.
- Minimum associate's degree.
- Bank Experience.
- Strong Software Engineering experience.
