As a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Agentic AI Delivery Engineer, you will be a product-minded engineer fluent in coding and customer outcomes. You will not just create solutions;
you will harness top-notch Google Cloud technologies to meet client needs, shaking off traditional legacy practices to develop modern, value-oriented software products on Google Cloud.
A dedicated GCP specialist who understands that great software is about solving real problems using the best available tools. You feel at ease building multi-agent workflows on Vertex AI and testing solutions crafted by your colleagues within tight deadlines. You possess a consultative mindset and a keen desire to delve into the 'why' behind clients' requirements, transforming them into optimal tech solutions.

As a GCP Agentic AI Delivery Engineer, you will play a key role in consulting and engineering projects, tailoring Google Cloud Agentic solutions for clients. You will collaborate with Accenture's global teams, providing unparalleled technical expertise and innovation in product development. Your responsibilities will include executing complex technology solutions by designing, building, and showcasing Agentic AI solutions. You will serve as a trusted collaborator, guiding team members on adopting a Product Engineering mindset and becoming a subject matter expert in specific Google Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Outcome-Driven Design and Build: Engage in technical discovery workshops to translate business needs into GCP design elements and tailored solutions. Design, build, test, and deploy innovative, agentic-first solutions on GCP tied directly to client requirements.
- Hands-On Development & Proof-of-Value: Quickly create, build, and present compelling proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate your Google Cloud expertise through hands-on software engineering, utilizing Vertex AI, Gemini/Agentic AI, Big Query, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Product-Led Project Delivery: Act as an agile subject matter expert/coach on modern software development, guiding the delivery team on Product Agile Operating Model principles and structuring sprints for continuous delivery using Google Cloud Technologies.

Be prepared to travel for project meetings, workshops, and client discussions as needed, working alongside global teams and utilizing various collaborative tools for project delivery and communication.

Here's what you need:- 3 years of experience in a hands-on, client-facing technology role (e.g., Google Cloud Engineer, Product Engineer, Technology Consultant).
- 3 years of deep, hands-on experience architecting and building solutions on GCP.
- 2 years of proven experience with Application Modernization, Call Center AI, and/or Agentic AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies.
