Key Responsibilities:

+ Leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

+ Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

+ Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

+ Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes

* This role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least 3 days a week in your assigned location. Also, 5 days of Time Away are mandated per calendar quarter.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 6+ years of work experience

+ Minimum 2+ years of expert level of proficiency in Workday Studio is recommended

+ Minimum 2+ years of expert proficiency in Workday Extend

+ Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master proficiency in Workday Core Integrations

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
