Job Description
The IT Helpdesk Desktop Support Coordinator is responsible for configuring laptops and assisting the service desk with remediations and laptop upgrades. This position will work on laptops, create technical documents and help build automated email workflows.
Responsibilities- Unboxing and boxing hardware and peripherals.
- Loading the Windows 11 OS from the ghost image files.
- Working with the Servicedesk to document daily processes.
- Work with Jennasa Smith to create automated email workflows using Power BI.
- Computer Skills are a must.
- Basic knowledge of the Windows OS.
- The ability to load a Windows Operating System.
- Knowledge of Computer hardware parts and peripherals.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to follow directions.
The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $16.00 to a maximum of $27.50 per hour. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role.
To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
