" 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire Claim Center integration and configuration development.
" Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire Claim Center platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
" Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10 20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
- Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
- Certification:
Associate/ ACE certification is required
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
" Lead the design, development, delivery, and support of Guidewire Claim Center integrations and services.
" Oversee multiple development and maintenance teams, including onshore and offshore resources, across concurrent technical work streams.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
" 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire Claim Center integration and configuration development.
" Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire Claim Center implementations within commercial insurance.
" Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire Claim Center platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
" Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10 20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
" Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks.
" Hands-on expertise with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
" Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, code coverage, scanning tools (e.g., Sonar Qube), and Dev Sec Ops principles.
" Guidewire Claim Center ACE Certification required.
" Guidewire Cloud migration experience is preferred.
"
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
" Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
