Salesforce Financial Developer Lead

The Salesforce Dev Lead role will utilize strong architect-level expertise allowing them to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and provide technical leadership to the team. This individual will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, while guiding developers and ensuring best practices across the team. This role will also be responsible for driving solution design, mentoring team members, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver robust, compliant, and high-performing Salesforce implementations.

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and hands-on development across Financial Services Cloud, Omni Studio, Data Cloud, and Agentforce-MUST HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and lead full SDLC delivery (design, build, test, deploy)

• Architect and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI-driven workflows, automation, and conversational interactions

• Define and govern integration architecture (APIs, eventing) and data models with strong security and compliance standards

• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including code quality, reviews, and reusable design patterns

• Lead Dev Ops strategy (CI/CD, environment management) and troubleshoot complex, cross-environment production issues

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while driving AI innovation and identifying high-impact Agentforce use cases

Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff. Performs other job duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.

• Enterprise solution design – Design and build scalable solutions across FSC, Omni Studio, Data Cloud

• Hands-on development – Apex, LWC, APIs, Omni Studio, Data Cloud

• AI / Agentforce – Define use cases and implement AI solutions in Salesforce

• Integrations & data modeling – APIs, eventing, governed data design

• Dev Ops / CI-CD – Source control, automated deployments, env mgmt

• Technical leadership – Code reviews, standards enforcement, team guidance

• Security / compliance – Apply banking-grade controls and secure design

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development leadership, including hands-on development and solution design within Financial Industry Preferred:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related field and experience in Financial Services Cloud, Omni Studio, and Data Cloud, along with a deep understanding of integrations, data modeling, and security considerations relevant to financial institutions.
