Key Responsibilities- Implementation, configuration, and support of call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions.
- Hands‑on engineering, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and post‑production stabilization.
- Participate in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability.
Role requires 60% onsite client work in Pennington, NJ;
Charlotte, NC; or Addison, TX, and 5 days per quarter away from the site.
- 5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
