* Monitor Salesforce and nCino production environments; track and manage incident queues.
* Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues within SLAs.
* Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
* Support commercial lending workflows and troubleshoot nCino-specific functionality.
* Maintain data integrity through data validation, cleanup, and reconciliation activities.
* Collaborate with developers and admins for escalations and defect resolution.
* Execute minor configuration changes (flows, fields, permissions) as needed.
* Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment support.
* Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues for knowledge sharing.
* Provide end-user support, guidance, and system usage assistance.
Required Skills:
* Salesforce & nCino knowledge (3--5 years).
* Salesforce administration.
* Incident and ticket management.
* Data quality and data management.
* Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
* User support and cross-team communication.
* Strong skills in data quality, analysis, and correction.
* Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in nCino platform and Salesforce Admin/Dev
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Preferred Experience:
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and experience working in the financial services industry.
* nCino Certified System Administrator.
* Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I.
