Sanofi is seeking a Director of Patient Support Services Analytics for Rare, High Touch Brands. You will lead a small analytics team and partner with Commercial and PSS leadership to drive data-informed decisions, optimize patient access, and enhance program performance across Rare and High Touch programs in the US.
You will work with the PSS BI team to leverage enterprise analytics platforms, develop KPIs, dashboards, and implement advanced analytics capabilities, including AI/ML and automation.
