Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor Salesforce and nCino production environments; track and manage incident queues.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues within SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Support commercial lending workflows and troubleshoot nCino-specific functionality.
- Maintain data integrity through data validation, cleanup, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with developers and admins for escalations and defect resolution.
- Execute minor configuration changes (flows, fields, permissions) as needed.
- Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment support.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues for knowledge sharing.
- Provide end-user support, guidance, and system usage assistance.
