The Salesforce & nCino Administrator is responsible for providing production support for Salesforce and nCino platforms, ensuring stability and timely resolution of issues impacting Valley's Salesforce & nCino implementation. This role involves monitoring support queues, triaging incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing data fixes and minor config changes as needed. Person will collaborate closely with business users, developers, and administrators to troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure optimal system performance.

Requires strong understanding of Salesforce administration and nCino functionality, along with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality user support.

• Monitor Salesforce and nCino production environments; track and manage incident queues.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve user-reported issues within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Support commercial lending workflows and troubleshoot nCino-specific functionality.
• Maintain data integrity through data validation, cleanup, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with developers and admins for escalations and defect resolution.
• Execute minor configuration changes (flows, fields, permissions) as needed.
• Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment support.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and known issues for knowledge sharing.
• Provide end-user support, guidance, and system usage assistance.

• Salesforce & nCino knowledge (3--5 years).

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in nCino platform and Salesforce Admin/Dev Salesforce Certified Administrator.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and experience working in the financial services industry.
