Key Requirement Clarification:

• The hiring team is looking for candidates with strong hands-on ISC (Identity Security Cloud) experience for at least two years.
• The profile should be development-heavy, with approximately 80% development and 20% governance experience.

Role Description - Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Identity Security Cloud.
• Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, certifications, and provisioning processes.
• Develop and maintain application integrations using connectors, REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems.
• Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Configure and manage access request workflows, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and access reviews.
• Develop custom Java code, Bean Shell scripts, and SailPoint rules as required.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
• Create technical documentation, design documents, and operational procedures.
