This role is based in Morristown, NJ, and is a full-time position. The successful candidate will manage platform operations for treasury and commercial banking services, ensuring operational excellence and stability. Key responsibilities include overseeing client onboarding and conversions, incident management, and collaboration with technology teams.

Manage end-to-end platform operations, ensuring stability and performance. Lead large-scale client conversions and onboarding with minimal disruption. Act as an escalation point for major incidents, driving resolution and improvement. Collaborate with product and technology teams to align operational capabilities with growth priorities. Promote operational excellence through process optimization and standardization.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury management or financial services platforms. Proven track record of managing mission-critical platforms with responsibility for uptime and data quality. Experience in leading client conversions and ensuring minimal disruption. Ability to govern execution across multiple teams and geographies. Strong judgment in balancing client impact and business priorities.
