Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

• As a Quality Engineer/Manual Tester you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements user stories and expected behavior.
• Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases identifying and documenting defects and collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure reliable user ready releases.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert managing and collaborating with the team to perform effectively.
• You will take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is an essential part of this role.
• Develop comprehensive manual test plans that align with project requirements and user expectations.
• Analyze test results to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance testing strategies and improve overall product quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and feedback based on testing outcomes.
• Contribute to the documentation and refinement of quality assurance processes to elevate team performance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Master proficiency in Temenos Transact
• High School Diploma or GED

• Master proficiency in Temenos Transact
• Master proficiency in Temenos Infinity
• Master proficiency in Application Quality Analysis and Software Quality Assurance SQA Testing
• Associates or bachelor's degree
