Job Description:

As an Associate Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of employment litigation and counseling matters on behalf of management. You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients, providing high-quality legal services in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of excellence, possess strong academic credentials, and demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Litigation: Represent management clients in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. Prepare and file legal documents, conduct discovery, and represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
  • Counseling: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various employment law issues, including compliance with federal and state regulations, employee handbooks, and workplace policies.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain and develop client relationships by delivering high-quality legal services, providing timely updates, and addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex employment law issues. Stay updated on current legal developments and trends.

    Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop strategies, share knowledge, and contribute to the firm's success.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling matters.
  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York.
  • Education: Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
