The Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing Manager for North America supports the Global Category Director by managing day‑to‑day execution, performance, and optimization of an assigned portfolio of external manufacturing activities and suppliers. This role focuses on operational excellence, supplier performance management, cost optimization, supply chain control, and risk mitigation across the subcontract tolling network and purchase‑for‑retail (PFR) portfolio.

• Support the execution of procurement strategies for NA contract manufacturing partners and PFR supplier spend.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including onboarding and performance management.
• Manage strategic suppliers to ensure contracted volumes, service levels, and commercial terms are met.
• Maintain understanding of tolling cost drivers, market trends, and supplier capabilities.
• Coordinate with the Category Director and cross‑function teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Lead strategic projects such as supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and supply chain effectiveness.
• Interpret information and translate it into actionable strategies and forward‑looking analyses.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, including supplier code of conduct, Eco Vadis ratings, and compliance tracking.
• Conduct deep supply‑base assessments to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement plans.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business impact, build inventories, forecast to suppliers, and implement alternate sources where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of approved suppliers and assist Supplier Quality in executing supplier quality agreements.
• Monitor performance, escalating issues, and partnering with Supplier Quality for resolution.
• Lead supplier audits and change‑control reviews, ensuring compliance activities are completed.
• Coordinate cost‑reduction strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and manage supply agreements.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives, productivity programs, and continuous‑improvement efforts at contract manufacturing partners.
• Track savings programs in financial and sourcing repositories.
• Serve as the primary regional procurement contact for contract manufacturing partners within the Arxada network.
• Support supplier capability assessments, onboarding, performance scorecards, and accountability programs.
• Monitor EHS, Quality, and Operational compliance, escalating risks and driving corrective actions.
• Identify suitable suppliers, evaluate capabilities, and leverage global synergy opportunities.
• Ensure supplier engagement around ESG goals, quality, and commercial compliance.
• Drive performance, compliance, and accountability through supplier scorecards and performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, procurement, external manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience managing contract manufacturing, tolling or outsourced operations preferred.
• Operations experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in category management and strategic sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical capability and financial acumen.

The expected salary range for this role is USD
106,000–129,000, with additional short‑term incentive potential and benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
