• Monitor order activity and maintain accurate data, reporting, and date tracking within company systems.
• Partner closely with manufacturing facilities, logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to support shipping, inventory movement, and supply chain operations.
• Proactively follow up on open items, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
