Main Responsibilities:

  • - Lead End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution for rare disease products across 0–3 years horizon; ensure demand is balanced with supply and remediate gaps across S&OE (0–3 months) and IBP (4–36 months) horizons.
  • - Perform net demand propagation, validation, and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.
  • - Create and maintain accurate product master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis; ensure alignment with End-to-End Product Leader strategy/segmentation.
  • - Own master data values entered in workflows per site Master Data governance; document calculation/logic for owned values.
  • - Participate in Master Data continuous improvement (CI) loop with Master Data Stewards, Data & Process Manager (sites), and SC Centers of Excellence; follow playbook governance and review triggers.
  • - Support IBP (monthly) and S&OE (weekly) decision cycles with key stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance, etc.).
  • - Support product strategy and budgeting with data-driven insights; incorporate strategic changes into planning systems.
Basic Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning (demand, supply chain management, inventory), E2E supply chain planning, or related fields.
  • - Strong Supply Chain Planning background (preferably pharmaceuticals) with stakeholder alignment and decision-driving experience.
  • - Proficiency with planning systems (Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, Plai, or others).
  • - Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions processes.
  • - Demonstrated success in matrix environments managing cross-functional, multi-global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, logistics, or related fields.
  • - Advanced experience with Integrated Business Planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes.
  • - APICS certification (asset).
  • - Experience with financials and budgeting.
