JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vice President, Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Health.

This individual will serve as an enabler and force multiplier while being a key member of the executive leadership team. This role supports the CEO in advancing organizational priorities, driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, facilitating executive decision-making, and ensuring effective execution of the health system's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
