Key Responsibilities:

• Blueprint interpretation — accurately read and interpret technical drawings, reports, procedures, and regulations.
• CNC programming — generate efficient, precise CNC programs for shop‑floor machines.
• Machinery operation — operate CNC equipment, tooling, and precision measurement instruments.
• Troubleshooting — collaborate with machinists to resolve CNC‑related challenges and provide technical guidance.
• Process improvement — create or revise process routings and Methods of Manufacture for new, recurring, and rework job orders.
• Technical reporting — prepare reports and present technical information to managers, supervisors, and customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Mastercam and Solid Works.
• Demonstrated expertise in CNC programming and shop‑floor operations.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Skilled in precision measurement tools (micrometers, comparators, gauges).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
