A leading global consumer products company is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Amazon to lead Amazon media strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across a portfolio of well-known brands. This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth, customer acquisition, and return on advertising investment through Amazon's advertising ecosystem.
Pay - $50/hr
Duration - 1 year contract with possibility of extension
Location - Morristown, NJ
3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute Amazon media strategies aligned with eCommerce growth objectives.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and Video.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS, conversion rates, new-to-brand sales, and overall business growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Content, Finance, and eCommerce teams to align media investments with commercial goals.
- Monitor budgets, forecasting, and campaign pacing to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Identify testing opportunities and implement best practices across audience targeting, bidding strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of digital or performance marketing experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experience.
- Experience with in CPG, retail media, eCommerce, or omnichannel marketing environments.
- Strong expertise with Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Amazon Marketing Stream, Retail Analytics, and Profitero.
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
